Store Manager

About the role

As the Store Manager you will be the driving force behind the success of a Topps Tiles store in West Bromwich. You will lead a small, ambitious team, using the Topps Sales Framework to deliver strong sales, profit and operational performance while creating an unrivalled customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and coach the store team, embedding a high‑performance culture focused on service and sales.
• Take full accountability for commercial results, identifying opportunities and ensuring trade and retail targets are met.
• Apply the Topps Sales Framework to deliver a consultative, customer‑first approach that uncovers needs and closes sales.
• Develop team members through regular coaching, feedback and performance reviews.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating exceptional selling and service standards.
• Maintain operational excellence, ensuring the store runs efficiently, safely and presents an outstanding environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing retail teams and delivering commercial success.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales and profit targets.
• Full P&L responsibility with a track record of strong financial results.
• Excellent communication and people‑leadership skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences.
