Store Manager

About the role

As the Store Manager for Specsavers on Rice Lane, you will lead a retail team to deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting business targets. You will work closely with Store Directors, coach staff, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Set performance standards and drive store results.
• Collaborate with Store Directors to empower team decision‑making.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Manage weekend shifts and ensure full‑time coverage.
• Support staff development and coaching.

Required profile

• Natural leader with a passion for coaching.
• Strong ability to build lasting relationships.
• Previous people‑management and optical retail experience.
• Excellent communication, eye for detail, flexibility and adaptability.
• Organised, hard‑working and a people‑focused attitude.
