Store Manager

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead one of its flagship locations. You will be fully accountable for commercial performance, people development, and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the Levi’s® brand shines in every customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Own profit and loss, identifying and executing commercial opportunities to drive revenue.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team delivering exceptional service.
• Analyse sales data and KPIs, turning insights into actionable plans.
• Report store performance to the District Manager and implement robust action plans.
• Manage all store operations including stock, payroll, rotas and administrative processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members who embody the Levi’s® brand values.
• Build a strong leadership bench through coaching, training and succession planning.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for the Levi’s® brand and alignment with company values.
• Proven experience leading a retail store in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs.
• Ability to develop, engage and retain high‑performing teams.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations and compliance.
• Confidence in decision‑making, ownership and leading through change.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
