Store Manager

About the role

Lead the Toolstation store in High Wycombe Loudwater, overseeing daily operations from early mornings to late evenings. You will manage the team, serve customers, handle deliveries, and maintain store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales through service.
• Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and prepare orders.
• Coach, motivate and engage the team, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain product availability, high branch standards, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Proven track record in developing high‑performing retail teams.
• Strong work ethic, passion for teamwork and hands‑on involvement.
• Customer‑focused mindset with resilience to achieve results.
• Flexible and able to support the team when needed.
