Store Manager – Jewellery & Accessories (Reading)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our fashion‑forward jewellery and piercing studio in Reading. You will be responsible for delivering an elevated everyday jewellery experience while driving sales and maintaining high store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team to provide unrivaled customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store presents a premium image.
• Manage stock levels, ordering and inventory control.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
• Ensure health, safety and loss‑prevention policies are adhered to.

Required profile

• Proven management experience in jewellery, homewares or fashion retail.
• Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong understanding of store standards and KPI delivery.
• Inspirational people‑management and organisational abilities.
• Highly presented with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for fashion, accessories and jewellery trends.
