About the role
We are looking for an inspirational Store Manager to lead our London Bridge store. You will champion The Body Shop’s ethical beauty brand, drive sales performance and create a memorable customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve retail excellence and sales targets.
- Shape a customer‑focused store environment that builds brand loyalty.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising and visual standards.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to make informed commercial decisions.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
