Store Manager – Neal Street Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the brand‑new Neal Street store in London. The role will start ahead of the September opening and will be pivotal in shaping the customer experience and driving sales for our luxury footwear brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including team scheduling, stock control and visual merchandising.
• Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction through hands‑on leadership and coaching.
• Maintain high standards of presentation and brand representation for Nokwol and third‑party products.
• Support recruitment, training and development of store staff.
• Resolve customer enquiries and issues with professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably fashion or footwear.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for customer service and an eye for style.
• Commercial awareness and proactive mindset.
• Flexibility to work weekends in a fast‑paced environment.
