Store Manager – New Store Opening (Livingston)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the launch of a brand‑new fashion retail outlet in Livingston, Scotland. You will be responsible for building the team, creating an inviting shopping environment and delivering strong commercial performance from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Drive sales, meet KPIs and ensure profitability.
• Oversee stock management, visual merchandising and daily store operations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand values.
• Lead the opening of the new store and establish operational standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in fashion or fast‑pace retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and commercial targets.
• Strong leadership, people‑development and communication abilities.
• Passion for fashion and creating an inspiring store culture.
