Store Manager – North London

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑profile retail outlet in North London. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining operational standards across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build brand loyalty.
• Lead, coach and motivate a team to meet sales and service targets.
• Oversee all store operations, including stock control, rotas and visual merchandising.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety, loss prevention and store presentation standards.
• Analyse sales data, identify commercial opportunities and act on them.
• Consistently achieve KPIs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months experience as Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Department Manager.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Commercially minded with a focus on sales growth and profitability.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience.
