Store Manager – Premium Menswear Brand

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new premium menswear outlet in Wembley, London. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in‑store experience, driving sales, and maintaining the brand’s high‑end image.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the store consistently reflects the brand’s premium standards.
• Analyse KPIs, manage inventory and implement commercial strategies.
• Deliver personalised customer service and styling advice.
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, visual merchandising and loss prevention.

Required profile

• 3+ years of leadership experience in menswear, fashion, premium or luxury retail.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and KPI‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak periods.
