Store Manager – Retail – Clapham

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high‑street retail store in Clapham. You will create an inviting environment for customers, drive sales performance and inspire a large team to deliver exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multi‑disciplinary store team.
• Manage budgets, control costs and produce weekly performance reports.
• Drive sales and KPI achievement, including bonus schemes.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock control and inventory accuracy.
• Handle HR duties, recruitment and staff scheduling.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
