Store Manager – Retail (Frome)

About the role

As a Store Manager you will own the performance and day‑to‑day operations of a busy retail outlet in Frome. You’ll have the autonomy to run the business your way, driving sales, leading a team and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team.
• Drive sales performance and meet key KPIs.
• Create an engaging, well‑presented and commercially strong store environment.
• Manage stock, control costs and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance and health & safety.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvements to maximise profitability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up.
• Hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Commercially aware with a strong understanding of driving sales and controlling costs.
• Passionate about developing teams and delivering great customer experiences.
• Resilient, proactive and results‑driven.
