Store Manager – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Store Manager to lead one of our retail locations in England. You will set the example for the team, drive sales and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire retail colleagues to maximise sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive store performance by meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.
• Train staff to high standards and take corrective action when required.
• Manage change initiatives and continuously improve store operations.
• Maintain a strong profit focus while running a significant retail operation.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience with a record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills and a coaching management style.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and passion for sales.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a high‑pressure, customer‑focused role.
• Ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement.
