About the role

Join Morrisons Daily as a Convenience Store Manager and run your store like it’s your own business. You will be the heart of the store, responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving commercial performance and supporting your local community.

Key responsibilities

• Treat the store as an entrepreneurial venture, seeking ways to improve sales and manage costs.
• Lead the team to provide a best‑in‑class customer experience aligned with the Morrisons brand.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training and ongoing development of staff.
• Maintain operational standards, health and safety compliance, and a safe shopping environment.
• Build strong relationships with the local community and act as a local champion.
• Adapt working hours to business needs, including early mornings, late nights and weekends.
