About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and manage the bonus scheme.
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop store staff to deliver high performance.
• Control stock levels, merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Analyse sales data, forecast demand and implement actions to maximise profitability.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards across the store.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Branch Manager or similar senior retail role.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent leadership and people‑development abilities.
