Store Manager – Subway & Multi‑Brand Food Service

About the role

As a Store Manager you will lead the in‑store food service operations for Subway and other partner brands within an Asda location. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience while meeting brand standards and health‑safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of Subway and additional food outlets (e.g., Greggs, Burger King) within the store.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and training to ensure adequate coverage and high service standards.
• Control costs, stock levels and labour spend to achieve profitability targets.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and legal compliance across all units.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to drive sales and efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing or supervising a food service or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety and operational compliance.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering great service.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
