Store Merchandising Team Leader

About the role

Superdrug is looking for a Store Merchandising Team Leader to manage on‑site execution and delivery of merchandising projects across its retail network. You will work closely with implementation managers and travel across South East England to ensure stores open and operate to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage merchandising teams and deliver on‑site activity for assigned projects across Superdrug stores.
• Communicate daily with store managers, implementation managers, project support and head‑office departments.
• Monitor project progress, make decisions and implement plans to ensure best‑in‑class delivery.
• Provide revenue and cost reporting to the implementation manager in a timely manner.
• Review on‑site resource requirements and align them with project scope.
• Execute the commercial plan according to the project schedule.
