Store Stock Operator (Part-time)

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator at Levi Strauss & Co you will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the shop floor, ensuring merchandise is available, well presented and accurately recorded. You will work closely with the Stock Manager and Store Manager to support daily store operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales data and KPIs with the Store Manager to identify replenishment opportunities.
• Execute daily stock replenishment efficiently and accurately.
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards.
• Maintain product presentation, assortment and tagging on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and keep the stockroom tidy and functional.
• Provide on‑floor support to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi's brand and its values.
• Relevant experience in stock operations or retail inventory.
• Strategic thinker who can adapt quickly to store demands.
• Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
