Store Supervisor – Coffee Shop

About the role

As a Store Supervisor you will act as the right‑hand to the Store Manager, leading a team in delivering Costa’s coffee experience to travellers at the Cambridge Services site. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, product quality and profitability while creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve brand standards and excellent customer service.
• Drive sales and manage costs to maximise profit.
• Conduct stock counts, place orders and manage inventory.
• Partner with the Store Manager to set and monitor team targets.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to team members.
• Handle customer feedback promptly and appropriately.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly desirable).
• Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in decision‑making.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
