Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead a dynamic retail team in Reading. You will act as the key link between our products and customers, supporting Stylists and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise the management team in delivering KPI targets and profit opportunities.
• Set and monitor individual, daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Run performance reports, update management and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Provide 1‑to‑2‑1 customer service, ensuring the customer always comes first.
• Inspire, motivate and develop the team through training, coaching and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
