Store Supervisor (Part‑Time)

About the role

Footasylum is seeking an energetic Store Supervisor to lead the Wrexham store on a part‑time basis. You will create standout customer experiences, share a love of streetwear and help drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise in‑store sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock, protect profit and maintain health‑and‑safety standards.
• Oversee merchandising, visual displays and store layout to stimulate interest.
• Manage HR duties, including fair treatment of colleagues and adherence to policies.
• Plan and control day‑to‑day expenses, P&L and forward‑planning activities.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion retail and the Footasylum ethos of “Defy Ordinary”.
• Previous experience in fashion retail, preferably managing a team of sales assistants.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with a customer‑focused attitude.
