Store Supervisor – Retail

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new Lacoste pop‑up store in Swindon this August and need a Store Supervisor to shape the customer experience from day one. This 12‑month, full‑time position offers the chance to build a strong team culture and drive commercial success in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support store management in leading, developing and inspiring the team.
• Deliver an elevated, personalised client experience by leading by example.
• Drive performance against KPIs and commercial targets.
• Maintain impeccable visual‑merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Build lasting client relationships to reinforce brand loyalty.
• Coach, mentor and empower team members to grow.
• Contribute to operational excellence and overall store success.
• Promote Lacoste’s culture and values within the team.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage and develop others.
• Results‑driven mindset and refined commercial awareness.
• Collaborative, dynamic approach and high level of integrity.
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
