Store Supervisor (Retail)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead a vibrant retail team at the Bullring location in Birmingham. You will act as the key link between our products and customers, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the management team in achieving KPIs and profit targets.
• Set and monitor daily and weekly sales targets for the store team.
• Analyse performance data, run reports and update senior management.
• Oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and rota planning.
• Deliver a high‑standard 1‑to‑1 customer service experience.
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff through training, coaching and product knowledge sessions.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi Strauss brand and its values.
• Strong customer service background with proven team‑management experience.
• Track record of developing and growing retail teams.
• Experience working to KPIs and sales targets in a retail environment.
• Good understanding of day‑to‑day store operations.
