About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting shoppers with a smile and helping them find products.
• Operate across the store – checkout, service, picking and replenishment areas as needed.
• Follow health and safety training to keep the store safe and tidy.
• Handle deliveries, stock, and product care to maintain quality.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Support store performance by reducing waste, shrink and helping drive sales.

• Hourly rate starting at £13.28, up to £14.55 for stores within the M25.
