Stores Assistant – Property Portfolio

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Stores Assistant to support the smooth operation of a high‑end property portfolio. You will manage the movement, storage and delivery of furniture, materials and equipment across multiple sites, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, check and sign for deliveries against dispatch notes.
• Load and unload vehicles with furniture, materials and equipment, protecting items during transit and storage.
• Deliver furniture and building materials to various properties and assist with on‑site assembly or dismantling.
• Maintain accurate stock lists, support inventory management and keep the vehicle clean and organised.
• Complete and submit all relevant paperwork daily and provide cover for colleagues when required.
• Follow company policies with a strong focus on health and safety, and participate in shift patterns and on‑call rota as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or logistics role.
• Experience handling, building or dismantling furniture.
• Proactive, reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Good knowledge of routes across Surrey, London and surrounding areas (desirable).
