Strategic Operations Lead – EMEA

About the role

We are partnering with a global technology leader to find a Strategic Operations Lead for the EMEIA region. Based in London on a hybrid schedule (3 days office, 2 remote), you will act as a senior‑level partner to the Retail Marketing & Merchandising leadership team, driving strategic planning and operational excellence across a complex international business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic and fiscal year planning across the EMEIA organisation.
• Drive operational excellence by reviewing and improving business processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising and Retail functions.
• Facilitate executive planning forums, leadership meetings and governance structures.
• Use data and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
• Champion AI and automation to simplify systems, reporting and ways of working.

Required profile

• Experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations or Strategic Programme Management.
• Background in technology, consulting, agency or another fast‑paced global organisation.
• Strong programme management and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for improving processes and driving operational rigour.
• AI literacy and interest in leveraging technology to improve business operations.
