About the role
This is an opportunity to lead the next phase of the National Lottery‑funded Survivors at the Centre Programme, working in a strategic role with a purpose‑led organisation that makes a real impact.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for an ambitious regional programme designed to improve access, strengthen first contact and navigation, and reduce fragmented pathways.
- Lead partnership delivery, governance, performance monitoring, risk management and shared learning across six specialist sexual violence and abuse organisations.
- Develop key regional infrastructure, including a Single Point of Contact and a shared regional dataset.
- Build trusted relationships and influence across organisational boundaries to keep sexual violence and abuse visible and central within wider regional systems and decision‑making.
- Support the long‑term sustainability of specialist services across the region.
Required profile
- Experienced partnership leader with a proven track record of coordinating complex, multi‑site programmes.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong programme delivery and evidence‑based influence.
- Use of survivor experience and data to drive change and improve outcomes.
- Values‑led, inclusive approach with a focus on reducing postcode‑based inequality.
- Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills across organisational boundaries.
