Strategy Analyst Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Strategy Analyst Manager to shape and drive growth strategy for our suite of solutions serving corporate R&D researchers. The role blends strategic consulting expertise with deep knowledge of R&D‑intensive industries to define market opportunities, guide product development and accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development of product‑level strategies for agentic solutions and specialty databases.
• Provide guidance to Product Leadership on roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and market needs.
• Monitor and analyse competitive landscape, identifying threats, partnership and M&A opportunities.
• Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Lead strategic initiatives such as growth assessments, M&A screens and partnership development.
• Communicate strategic recommendations to senior product, commercial and strategy leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Chemistry or related R&D discipline; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) desirable.
• 3+ years of strategy consulting experience with a top‑tier firm or strong in‑house team.
• Experience in R&D‑intensive sectors such as chemicals, semiconductors, energy transition or automotive systems.
• Proven ability to build strategic frameworks and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience evaluating software or data‑driven products and SaaS business models.
