As a Strategy Manager you will sit within a high‑performing strategy and analytics function, leading data‑driven initiatives that improve approval rates while balancing risk and growth across consumer and business products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects to optimise approval rates using advanced decisioning systems.
• Use SQL and analytics to investigate performance drivers and uncover growth opportunities.
• Design scalable data frameworks and tracking systems that support decision‑making.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, engineering, marketing and risk teams.
• Enhance decisioning logic and integrate new data sources to improve outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in analytics, strategy or data‑focused roles within a data‑rich environment.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to interrogate and manipulate complex data sets.
• Proven track record of using data insights to solve business problems and support decision‑making.
• Experience working with multiple data sources and building scalable analytical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
