Strategy & Operations Leader
TradingView · London
Job description
About the role
TradingView, a financial analysis platform with more than 100 million users, is building a small, high-impact Strategy & Operations team within the CEO / COO Office. The role suits someone who combines strong problem-solving skills with a bias for execution: taking ambiguous problems, digging into the data and business, identifying root causes, quantifying impact, developing solutions and driving them through implementation. It is not a project management, coordination or reporting role.
Key responsibilities
- Own ambiguous business problems and turn them into clear hypotheses, analyses and actions
- Dive into data and processes to find root causes, quantify financial and operational impact and assess solutions
- Run deep dives on vendor spend, payments, banking, market data, subscriptions, financial processes and internal operations
- Build practical models, analyses and decision-support tools from imperfect or incomplete data
- Work with Finance, Product, Engineering and other teams to implement improvements
- Make clear decisions on trade-offs and drive initiatives through implementation
- Use Claude and other AI tools to accelerate research, analysis and execution, and build repeatable AI-powered workflows and automations
- Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior leadership
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment, ideally top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain or equivalent) and/or a strong analytical role in a high-growth technology company
- Structured problem-solving, quantitative and financial analysis skills, and strong business judgment
- Ability to work independently with limited direction and cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
- Experience working directly with founders or senior executives
- Advanced user of Claude or similar AI tools, able to design repeatable AI workflows and automations
Required skills
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills and comfort with messy or incomplete data
- Advantage: experience with payments, procurement, vendor management, SaaS, ERP or financial systems, and with building automations
- Advantage: experience in fintech, marketplaces or other complex technology businesses
What we offer
- Hybrid work (4 days in the office, 1 day remotely) and flexible working hours
- Well-equipped offices and a global, distributed team of 600+ professionals
- Learning, mentorship and long-term career growth
- Performance-based bonuses, TradingView Premium access and regular team events
