Structural Engineer – High Rise Residential

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join a specialist consultancy focused on high‑rise residential projects. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial schemes, delivering designs from concept through to completion while enjoying hybrid working and strong support for chartership.

Key responsibilities

• Create structural designs and calculations for concrete and reinforced‑concrete (RC) frames.
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, liaising with clients and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce detailed design documentation and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Represent the business in client meetings and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Structural Engineer or equivalent with experience in high‑rise residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a supportive team.
• Motivation to progress towards chartership and senior leadership roles.
