Structural Project Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join our busy team in Central London. You will work on complex building structures, including arts, residential, hotel and commercial schemes, often involving listed buildings and the addition of new floors or basements.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the full structural design process for high‑value and listed building projects.
• Develop innovative structural solutions for new floors, basement levels and building repurposing.
• Collaborate closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver elegant designs.
• Prepare calculations, drawings and documentation in line with industry standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a supportive, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• 2:1 degree or higher in civil or structural engineering.
• At least four years of structural design experience.
• Strong team working and interpersonal skills.
