Student Experience Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Student Experience Manager to lead the development and delivery of initiatives that enhance student engagement, satisfaction, employability and overall experience. Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of student experience initiatives and projects.
• Manage engagement, wellbeing and student success activities.
• Analyse student data and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop action plans to boost student satisfaction and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with academic and professional services stakeholders.
• Collaborate with student representatives and relevant committees.
• Oversee student experience programmes, events and campaigns.

Required profile

• Significant experience in student experience, engagement or related roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to analyse data and make evidence‑based recommendations.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in higher education or a similar sector.
• Previous line‑management experience.
• Knowledge of student surveys, engagement frameworks and enhancement activities.
