About the role

Join a leading London university as a Student Financial Support Officer, helping students navigate funding options with accuracy and empathy. This temporary, full‑time position is based on campus in Central London and starts immediately.

Key responsibilities

• Process student information through a government portal and internal systems.
• Record and verify documentation using Qualtrics and maintain Excel spreadsheets.
• Prepare payment requests and keep financial records up to date.
• Respond to student enquiries via the CRM, delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Tri­age funding queries and escalate complex cases to specialist colleagues.
• Document FAQs and share updates with the Student Hub team.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Experience in administration, customer service, or student support within higher education.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, spreadsheet‑heavy environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate).
• Power BI (advantageous).
• Qualtrics.
