Student Recruitment Officer

About the role

Navitas is seeking a motivated Student Recruitment Officer to join its Cambridge (and Chelmsford) campus team. You will play a key part in attracting international students, delivering excellent service, and supporting the institution’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Navitas programmes to prospective international students through campus visits, events and digital channels.
• Provide accurate advice on admissions processes, entry requirements and student support services.
• Collaborate with partner institutions, recruitment agents and internal departments to achieve enrolment targets.
• Analyse recruitment data, monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international student recruitment with a record of meeting enrolment goals.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse, multicultural audiences.
• Experience working with global recruitment agents and external partners.
