Student Supervisor – Behaviour Support (Full‑Time)

About the role

Join a welcoming secondary school in Camden as a Student Supervisor (Behaviour Support). You will help create a safe, inclusive environment where pupils can thrive academically and socially.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise students during breaktimes, lunchtimes and lesson transitions.
• Deliver one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils needing behavioural or pastoral assistance.
• Assist with restorative conversations, behaviour interventions and the development of support plans.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and engagement, reporting concerns to pastoral leaders.
• Liaise with teachers, parents and external agencies when appropriate.
