Student Veterinary Nurse – Staines

About the role
Join a large, progressive veterinary practice in Staines-upon-Thames as a Student Veterinary Nurse. This placement is designed for students enrolled in an accredited Veterinary Nursing programme who want hands‑on experience in a hospital‑style environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist qualified nurses and clinicians with routine and advanced procedures.
- Support patient care across a varied caseload, including diagnostics, surgery, inpatient and emergency cases.
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Participate in team briefings and contribute to a collaborative, supportive culture.
Required profile
- Currently studying an accredited Veterinary Nursing programme.
- Motivated to learn, eager to develop clinical confidence.
- Team‑oriented with a strong focus on animal welfare and patient care.
