Studio Coordinator / PA

About the role

An award-winning, internationally recognised architecture and design studio is recruiting a Studio Coordinator / PA. Based in a creative studio with a homely feel, just a 5-minute walk from Central London station, the role is varied and offers 5 days in the studio. Working closely with the Director, you will be a trusted right hand supporting the smooth running of the studio, coordinating travel and helping plan high-end projects.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day running of the studio so that everything runs smoothly.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and the wider team.
• Provide direct PA support to the Director, including diary management, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate project documentation, presentations and submission deadlines.
• Support finance administration, invoices, suppliers and external contractors.
• Assist with HR administration, onboarding and general team support.
• Help plan and coordinate client meetings and high-end project activity.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Studio Assistant, Studio Coordinator or PA role, ideally within architecture, design, property or a creative environment.
• Proactive, highly organised and confident, able to hit the ground running.
• Trustworthy, takes ownership and works well independently.
• Able to juggle competing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.
