Studio Manager – Large Format Print Production

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager to lead our pre‑press and large‑format print production team in Letchworth Garden City. You will ensure high‑quality output, fast turnaround, and adherence to our core values of quality, service, and speed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of pre‑press production for small, large‑format, and complex manufacturing projects.
• Interpret customer briefs and create detailed technical and assembly drawings.
• Calculate material yield, assess production methods, and flag potential issues.
• Maintain regular liaison with customers and internal production teams.
• Lead the art‑working team, prioritise workload, review and sign‑off artwork before production.
• Design and create products using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop according to specifications.
• Provide RIP support and assist with print finishing processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in large‑format and manufacturing pre‑press print production.
• Demonstrated team‑management and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can‑do" attitude.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
