Sub Agent – Construction Site Management

About the role

We are seeking a Sub Agent to join our United Utilities Framework in the North West of England. In this role you will support the delivery of infrastructure projects by overseeing daily site operations and ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations in line with project plans, specifications, and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate engineers, forepersons, and subcontractors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Support the Site Agent in managing resources such as labour, materials, and equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in site management, civil engineering, or construction supervision.
• Qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites.
