Sub Agent – Construction Site Management

About the role

Join the United Utilities Framework as a Sub Agent and play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality infrastructure projects across the North West of England. You will support the Site Agent in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities in line with project plans, specifications and health & safety standards.
• Coordinate engineers, forepersons and subcontractors to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify delays and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Assist the Site Agent with resource management, including labour, materials and equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in site management, civil engineering or construction supervision.
• Qualification in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
