Sub‑contract Carpenter – Wardrobe Installation

About the role

The Gooding Group Limited is expanding its on‑site installation team for residential wardrobes. As a subcontract carpenter you will be responsible for fitting sliding and hinged wardrobes in new‑build and occupied properties across the South East England region.

Key responsibilities

• Install sliding and hinged wardrobe systems according to daily work instructions.
• Load and organise supplied fixings and materials on‑site.
• Complete installations safely using M‑class dust extraction and PAT‑tested power tools.
• Maintain accurate records for invoicing and submit weekly invoices for prompt payment.
• Travel to multiple sites using your own transport and ensure all tools are compliant.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finish carpentry, preferably with wardrobes or kitchen fittings.
• Valid CSCS card and up‑to‑date public liability insurance (£5 million).
• UTR number for tax purposes.
• Own reliable transport and a working telephone.
