Subsidence Claims Technician – Property Claims

About the role

The role involves managing subsidence property claims from initial report through to settlement, delivering first‑class service to insurers, policyholders and contractors. You will work closely with a national team of field adjusters and handle your own caseload.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of subsidence claims to timely resolution.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for insurers, including settlement recommendations.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure client‑specific service level criteria are consistently met.
• Collaborate with field adjusters and support the wider Property TPA division.

Required profile

• Experience in property or insurance claims handling, preferably with subsidence cases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate written reports.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining effective teamwork.
