Summer Cleaner – July to September (25 hrs/week)

About the role

Join a dedicated team supporting a major East London university during the busy summer accommodation period. You will work 25+ hours per week from July to September, maintaining student rooms and communal areas to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Clean bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, corridors and shared spaces
• Hoover, mop, dust and perform general housekeeping duties
• Deep‑clean fridges and freezers
• Assist with check‑in and check‑out weekends
• Strip bedding, handle light laundry and restock supplies
• Empty bins and report maintenance issues
• Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience
• Excellent reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work 25+ hours each week for the full July‑September period
• Full flexibility to work any day of the week (rotas provided in advance)
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
