Summer Tech Instructor for Kids

About the role

The Summer Tech Instructor will lead engaging technology and coding sessions for small groups of children aged 8 to 14 during the school holidays. Working on‑site at the Ultimate Tech Camps, you will create a fun, creative learning environment while also acting as the primary pastoral contact for each group.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver structured tech and coding activities using provided resources and timetables.
• Manage a group of 8‑14‑year‑olds, ensuring safety, participation and enjoyment.
• Set up the camp area each Monday starting at 8 am; overtime is paid.
• Collaborate with the Ultimate Tech Leader and Camp Manager on care and parent matters.
• Cover back‑to‑back courses across local camps as needed.

Required profile

• Ability to lead and supervise small groups of children aged 8‑14.
• Comfort delivering technology‑focused activities in a camp setting.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Thursday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm (earlier start on Mondays).
