About the role
We are partnering with a small, family‑run fostering agency in the West Midlands to recruit a Supervising Social Worker (or newly qualified ASYE Social Worker) on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working model, combining office time with home‑based work, and provides a supportive, therapeutic environment for staff.
Key responsibilities
- Support foster carers to create safe, positive homes for children.
- Maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and care throughout the service.
Required profile
- Registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of current legislation.
- Experience within children’s services is advantageous.
