Supervising Social Worker – Sunderland

About the role
We are seeking a Supervising Social Worker to join an independent fostering agency in the North East on a permanent basis. You will work with a manageable caseload of 10‑12 families, benefiting from hybrid working, a therapeutic environment and strong team support.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise, support and train foster carers.
- Manage a caseload of foster families in Sunderland and surrounding areas.
Required profile
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Experience in the social care sector, preferably fostering.
