About the role
We are seeking a motivated Supervising Social Worker to join a therapeutic fostering agency in the West Midlands. The role involves supporting a small group of foster carers and ensuring high‑quality therapeutic practice.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of approximately seven foster carers across Coventry, Warwickshire and Northampton.
- Provide supervision, training, advice and ongoing support to foster carers.
- Uphold therapeutic standards and best practice in all interactions.
Required profile
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Experience working in the fostering sector of children’s services.
- Current knowledge of relevant legislation.
