Supervising Social Worker – Therapeutic IFA

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Supervising Social Worker to join a well‑established therapeutic fostering agency with a strong Ofsted rating. The role provides a balanced mix of case oversight, therapeutic support, and professional development within a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 10‑12 foster families across Wiltshire and surrounding areas.
- Provide therapeutic supervision and guidance to foster carers.
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and agency policies.
- Maintain accurate case records and produce regular reports.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programmes.
Required profile
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in fostering or Looked‑After Children (LAC) settings.
- Full, valid driving licence.
- Commitment to therapeutic practice and continuous learning.
