Supplier Management Manager

About the role

Own the end‑to‑end supplier lifecycle for the Group, ensuring new suppliers are onboarded safely, meet regulatory, security and contractual obligations, and that paid services are delivered. You will be the owner of the Vanta platform, acting as the single source of truth for supplier risk, contract management and renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and continuously improve a risk‑tiered due‑diligence framework covering financial standing, information security, data protection, sanctions/financial crime and ESG.
• Deliver a documented onboarding route from supplier request to approved record, meeting SLAs and preventing unapproved spend.
• Own performance cadence for contracted services, including SLA/KPI reporting, service reviews and issue remediation.
• Maintain audit‑ready evidence of supplier compliance with TSA obligations, ISO 27001 and other regulatory requirements.
• Lead the set‑up, configuration and rollout of Vanta for supplier and contract management, driving adoption across the business.
• Maintain a complete contract register, manage renewals pipeline and support renegotiation and savings opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier/third‑party risk management or procurement operations in a regulated environment.
• Hands‑on experience with supplier due diligence, onboarding and contract management.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, TSA obligations and data‑protection regulations.
• Confidence using GRC or supplier‑management platforms such as Vanta.
• Strong data discipline and accurate record‑keeping.
